It's the Simon's Agency

this number has called me about once a week for the last couple months. i'm not supposed to use my cell phone during work hours and they always get sent to voicemail - no messages are left. if this is a collection agency, they certainly won't be getting anywhere with this tactic.

This call is from the Simons Agency using one of their stealth numbers.  Simons Agency is a medical bill collector.
