This seems to be a scam.
The call says: "This is the last notice of your federal student loan application ......." but I'm not even eligible for such an application.
The call sounds like pre-recorded.

Called cell; left no message.  No student loan applications here.

Received this call, pre-recorded about the student loan payment. I do not have a student loan out. Sent a text saying this was a fraud call and I was going to report the number.

I'm the owner of the telephone number in question. For the last week I have been receiving hundreds of calls from around the country each day. The only way I can use my cell phone at all is to block the calls. It appears this [***] scammer is spoofing my phone number so they aren't caught as easily. My cell carrier.claims they can do nothing besides change my phone number and give me a copy of my call log so that I may file a police report. My carrier says that I just have to wait it out. I have also filed a complaint with the FBI as well. if anyone has an information could you please post here so that we can get in contact. I want to find out who this [***], so that I hopefully sue them.
