Live person rather than a robo-caller. Said was surveying people in my neighborhood about solar energy. First question was who my electric supplier is. At that point I told them I was not answering, and hung up. My gut feeling is that this is really a telemarketing call looking for leads for a solar company. Since I have no hard evidence, I am listing this call as "unknown" rather than either "survey" or "telemarketer."
