Call since January 10 from this number

Tried to return the call twice, rings then nothing.  Got several from this number.

ive been getting a call from this # EVERYDAY for about 3 months now. bc i dont answer sometimes it goes to voicemail. they never leave a msg except for dead air so its not a drs office or bill collector like i previously thought. ive noticed as ive been getting robo calls + scam calls for credit "card services" for 3 years now that the best thing to do is never answer bc i think if they get a human on the line theyre much more likely to call back.

they left a really wierd muffled voicemail  cant really make it out its people talking one guy saying i need to see the paper then and a girl saying thta a salty technique then all i made ou that part was in the end wtf is this come on people we have avoice find out who this is go to thier house and take a dump on thier proch light it and stck a not on thier door but first ring doorbell and says whats good what u call for

I've been getting this call every week day for the past two months. On my cell phone!!!. Sometimes they call once in the morning and again in the evening.  I tried calling back once to see if I could figure out the name of the company and got an automated response, "All of our agents are currently busy helping other customers," so I know it is a business of some kind probably trying to sell me some BS credit service or to buy my stockholder proxies.  But the greeting message oddly did not identify the company.  I even tried a fake out by calling 9400 thinking that might be the company's switchboard, but it didn't work. I hope someone figures out who this is.
