It is a CRIMINAL calling trying to victimize whoever answers the phone. They are scamming with the same area code and exchange they think will be recognized and answered. We NEVER answer ANY unsolicited call. They are NOT telemarketers, they are liars, crooks, thieves, scammers CRIMINALS. If someone calls and does not leave a message they are NOT a legitimate caller, they are CRIMINALS.
