Called cell phone, a number we seldom use. Left no VM, which to me indicates it is a CRIMINAL calling looking for victims. A legitimate caller leaves a message with contact info and reason for call. CRIMINALS never do. We NEVER answer ANY unsolicited call. No CID on cell.
