Called cell phone, a number we seldom use. Left no VM. No CID on cell. We NEVER answer ANY unsolicited call. This is NOT a telemarketer, it is a CRIMINAL trying to perpetrate a scam. If a message is not left it is not a legitimate caller. CRIMINALS leave no message.
