Received the call on my business line at 8:45 am.  Immediately pressed "BLOCK" on my Uniden office phone.  Their calls are blocked forever.
They can call as many times as they like - my Uniden phone does not even ring when a blocked call comes in -the phone simply lights up.          No Ring!  
                When the phone lights up, I smile!

Received a call from this number asking for "Charlie". I work for a worldwide conglomerate. There are men named 'Charlie' all over the world -- which 'Charlie' could he possibly want?!??  At this point, even the caller gave a last name I wouldn't put him through.  Unprofessional and annoying.
