I answered because I was expecting a contractor.  They hung up as soon as I said hello.

The scammers are on a roll today!

Called cell phone a number we seldom use. Left no VM. No CID on cell. We NEVER answer ANY unsolicited call. This is a CRIMINAL calling trying to perpetrate a scam. The dialer has used this area code and exchange with many other four digits. They are NOT telemarketers, they are CRIMINALS!

This number has called cell phone and landline several more times. CID South Amboy NJ. Also calls from 732-7612, 7615,7608 and others. This is a CRIMINAL NOT a telemarketer calling. It is a hang up call because CRIMINALS never leave a message with valid contact information. They have spoofed the numbers and are only looking for people that can be victimized so they can cause financial harm and profit from their call.

 They call and as soon as they get my answering machine they hang up. My opinion is that they are a scammer or hacker.
