Caller ID shows SKYPE. No message left

Called landline. Left no message. CID SKYPE. Area code NJ. We NEVER answer ANY unsolicited call. It is NOT telemarketers calling, it is CRIMINALS. They want to victimize whoever answers the phone. A legitimate caller leaves a proper message with contact info and reason for call. This is never done by the CRIMINAL scammers.
