When I answered the call, no response. Just silence! Very annoying when your waiting on an important call

Annoying caller. Calls and you just hear air, then a beep after 10 seconds (more like a computerized blip sound), then the call goes dead. Kind of creepy. This seams to be a robo dialer. For what reason do they call? I have no clue.
