Caller ID showed "Red Bank NJ".  Did not answer, left message.  Started by indicating message was for a specific member of our family, and referenced case # "GNF10360".... be interesting to see if everyone they call has the same case #.  Numerous reports of this same scam on 800NOTES under # 866-411-9842 (the number to call back to "settle" case today").  Same BS about being uncooperative, non-compliant, etc, you will be reported as such, etc..  TOTAL SCAM = BLOCKED ! ! !
