It's a warning that you have to act quickly on Obama's Federal Student Loan Debt Relief Program. I actually talked to a human after the recording. She said "Who am I speaking with?" I said "Someone who doesn't have a student loan." She immediately hung up on me. I called back and got a verizon message telling me the number was not in service.
It's obviously a scam. And a rude one at that.
