trying to sell carnival cruise

Recording call on my cell phone that I pay for.

Honest, legitimate  companies usually follow the DNC.  Thieves and scammers  do not.

Did not answer phone call.   Prerecorded voice mail was left asked me if I wanted to lower my interest rate.  Blocked caller.  Received second call within five minutes from different number.

Scammers scamming.......they use a robo caller and call every number combo. has nothing to do with do not call registry. as MJG said, not reputable.
