Caller ID showed SURVEY. Voicemail stated they wanted to lower my interest rate to 6.9%
I have no interest rate that high so I guess they have a bad phone number. I've blocked the number on my home phone so I rarely get these calls. Technology is great these days. You can easily block calls on cell or land line.
