also getting these calls from 570-854-3820 and 570-490-2394 respectively. If you say yes they still hang up.

Another in the long line of robo calls that are usually nothing but scams. Intelligent people would get the message and refuse to work for people like this, but I did say "intelligent.'

Yes, it's a scam. It has to do with "car repair warranty", on a car I sold 3 years ago, that the new owner had t-boned by an elderly driver in an intersection, so the car they want to warranty is probably made into barbecue grills and stair railings by now....
