I have a friend who is in a Montana prison. His facility and many others use Global Tel Link for their inmates calls. GTL requires a prepay account for the calls to go thru. If you don't already have an account established that corresponds to your phone number, you will be prompted to open an account during the first call from the correctional instuitution. For further info, Global Tel Link can be accessed online (advance pay program). As with any calls from a correctional facility, there are options to decline the call or block calls from that facility. Just follow the automated prompts. Good luck all!
