i asked the lady on the other end i thought it was strange they had the ability to lower "all" my credit card rates, yet did not even know wat card's i had? her response was "oh get off my phone!" and she hung up lol

Just got a call from this number. There wasn't anyone there. I called it back and the number is out of service. I blocked this number.

Just got this call. They left a voice message ( 3 Minutes long! ) saying it is my final offer to lower my interest rate to 6.9%, but they never say for what and who they are.
