I just answered this number and didn't give them the opportunity to say anything.  I said, "I don't know who you are but if you are selling something I don't want it and if you want me to donate to something I don't want to.  Take my name off your list."

These people keep calling multiple times a day, despite our recording stating we are on the Dio Not Call Registry and asking to be removed from their call list.  When I've answerd they hang up.
