Just received a call from this number, caller hardly spoke English. Had to tell him that if he was not calling about aircraft or aircraft records we had no business and I hung up.

I received a call from 7316624490 (+1 731-662-4490) on December 12, 2013, 11:00 AM EST.
The man with an accent said something like, "...Hello,...looking for [my name pronounced correctly as not many do]"
I said,"That's me."
He said, "... ... with Home Improvement."  Funny, as I rent.  "... that you're the owner of [unknown address on the street on which I grew up]"
I said, "No, that's a totally wrong address. ...[while he was saying, '...uh, okay.'] nope."
Then he hung up.
