These ppl got jokes! Asked me if I was enrolled in college and would I be interested in scholarships. Unknown to them I had been getting scam calls like this back to back in last few days so I played along to see what info they were seeking. They hardly spoke a lick of English but that's not the issue. Anyway it sounded like they were outside in the wind. So the first guy asks me like 4 questions 1. Am I a US citizen 2. Do I have a HS diploma 3. Am I currently enrolled in college or university 4. Do I have a computer with internet access (here we go with the let me fix your computer bs) Transfers me to his supervisor ... He asks me the same questions and I ask him where is the scholarship money coming from he said the federal government (of course, right). So then he keeps telling me these questions he's going to ask and how I should answer to qualify for the money. So he told me he would ask if I was enrolled in a college and to say no if I want to qualify for the money. Ohhh ok now you want me to lie ... Well I had enough and told him exactly how I felt and he kept trying to argue to keep me on the phone ... Very persistent little devil! I finally hung up but I have been flooded with multiple numbers calling and when I call RIGHT back they are disconnected. Or I answer and they hang up immediately! I think this all goes back to getting that IP address or getting into your computers I order to hack and get info, accts, etc. firewalls are working so they call on the phone to "fix" a computer programming error or some junk. #notthekid #nottoday
