This is a spam collection company please report to the FBI and local authorities.  They claim to be an attorney/law office.  Foreign accent.

Several of these scams are unfolding and it is sad to say that some unsuspecting people are falling for it. I had fun just talking to them messing with their mind and turning the table on them with  different accents. STILL they are scum and also sad to have to have a job and do that just to have a paycheck.

Seems as if they are getting worse since ABC News broke their story on this scam back in June and the FTC began prosecuting Kirit Patel:

I received 2 calls from this number claiming to be a lawoffice and other a collection company.  They had very broken english and demanded either I or my attorney call them ASAP. Said if I didn't call back all they could do was "wish me luck as the situation unfolds on me".
