Called on 6/24/17 @ 1:34 PM & again 7/2/17 @ 12:59 PM.  When I searched on 6/24... nothing came up... and when it happens once... that might be a mistake... but twice... in reasonably rapid succession... and since I don't know anyone in Jackson, TN... safe to say this is some kind of scam/telemarketer using/spoofing a new number.  What kind of scam?  We'll just have to wait for someone who answered the call to post.  In the interim... blocked.

Called again on 7/3 @ 1:42 PM despite being blocked... making 3 calls now in reasonably rapid succession.  In researching further... complaints on the Internet are starting to add up... but curiously... not here.  Nothing I've found as of yet has identified what the scam is about.  CID still says just Jackson, TN.
