They called, and when I answered, there was a voice recorded message about credit card debt and lowering my interest rates. Finally, it allowed me to press "1" to speak to a representative, and I informed them that I not only DON'T have credit cards, but that I am on the NO CALL LIST. I informed the rep. that I was reporting them, and not to call me anymore.

Immediately called back. Says the number is not in service. How can that be? Who is in charge of the telephone system? The Crooks?

I keep getting calls from this number, usually in my voice mail. This time I was home, answered, and selected 1 to speak to a representative. The call ended there. So I don't know what company this is, but I am on the DO NOT CALL list, and they are violating it.
