Got a call from this number today.  Dead air.  I called the number back and it did not even ring. Just click and nothing.

Ive been getting these calls everyday several times a day and no one is there. You call it back and there is no ringing and no one is there. Ive gotten it narrowed down to two blocks on Highland Ave, Jackson, TN and I'm just about ready to pay them a visit till I find out who it is calling and why. I called the Jackson Sheriff and he knows nothing of it. I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry and now I'm getting Unknown name and number calls. Getting ready to file charges...

This person calls repeatedly everyday, typically around 8-10, but no more than 10 times a day, like others have reported. I contacted telephone providers in the Jackson, TN area to try and track down who owns the landline number, and was able to get it traced to Verizon, they say they can't release information on that number without a subpoena. So, if this issue bothers you enough, the only thing you can do is contact your local law enforcement division and tell them you would like to file a telephone harrassment charge and they will dispatch an officer so you may file a harrassment charge against this telephone number. And where it goes from here I do not know. I also advise filing your number with the Do Not Call registry, you can contact them at 1-888-382-1222.
