I just got a text message from this number: "As part of our security measures, the bank decided to flag your debit card. call now at 1-727-916-7981 and unflag your card"

I called the number (did not put in my actual information) and no live person could talk to me, they asked for my card number, experation date, the 3 digit code on the back AND, my pin for the ATM.

Got the same text about 30 min ago saying the bank flagged my card. It was right after I made an online purchase. But it obviously wasn't a msg from my bank bc if so someone would have called me. Does anyone know what's going on? Or what we can do to stop this? Bc it's evidently fraudulent.

I received the same text as well. I don't believe them but I hope that there is a good place to report this number. Their text woke me up and I am not happy but thank goodness it seems like this is fraudulent. Has anyone found a good place to report this?

I got this exact text just now. It is almost certainly a phishing scam attempting to steal your information. Always check with your bank using a phone number listed on your account statements, or on your bank's website, before calling any number given to you by someone you do not know for certain to be working for your bank.
