Got a call or two from this number.  A search of the area reveals that they are some sort of merchant.  I'm on the DNC list so if they are selling anything then they are violating the law.

Got a call from this number too -- same caller BACFF.  Not recognzing who they were, I didn't answer and let it go to voice mail -- no message, of course.  I just don't answer numbers I don't know.
