Called just before 6:30AM. Left no message. Was immediately followed by another call with  CA area code 530-444-5503

Exactly the same thing here!

Here's a list of phone numbers:
512 549-4274   530 444-5503
727 756-1638
954 375-2536
601 866-5515
415 366-0276
877 645-2064
All of these numbers started calling a cell phone number I used to log onto Healthcare.gov site. Now, I am unable to remove the cell phone number and it is costing the person it belongs to money to buy another airtime minute card. Yet, another reason to hate Obama-care.

called several times with in a 30 minute time frame, will not speak when you answer the phone

The following numbers keep calling for more than 15x within a 3-hour time frame, too annoying!
