bernstein some what called company called my cell phone started harassing about this item that i purchased a long time ago. he claimed that he's the trusteed of this company that i purchased items from like 2-3 years ago. i paid it with credit card and now he's saying that he got the invoice and i never paid. he started saying how i'll get sued and stuff. what kind of BS is this????

This sounds like an extortion scam of some kind. The FBI warns about payday loan extortion scams here http://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/press-releases/paydayloanscam_120710 but obviously extortion scams can be used on any type of alleged debt.

CALLED AND SAID THAT THE BUSINESSS OWES MONEY FROM AN ADD FROM A FEW YEARS AGO. THREATEN TO SEND US TO THE BBB AND REPORT US TO THE COUNTY. ASKED FOR PROFF AND WAS NEVER SENT ANY.  REALLY RUDE AND TRIED TO BE THREATING TO ME AND THE COMPANY.
