Received a call to my voicemail. Caller said he was from the IRS and I was under investigation and to return the call immediately. I did not return the call.

I was also called by this number to tell me IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. I am under investigation. Ask me to call back their number. This is a scam. How can I block it?
