The voice mail they left was for somebody else. Rep said they had contacted [a merchant] about the customer's disputed charge, and the merchant now had 45 days to reverse the charge on the ustomer's credit card.

Sounds like a company that handles credit card services for small banks or card issuers that don't have their own department for that.
A little worrying that they left a voice mail saying "This message is for..." rather than verifying they had the right person. Nice privacy safeguards, guys, :-/
