Claiming they have filed a class action lawsuit.

This number actually left an automated voicemail on my cell phone  to call back regarding my case. I called the phone number back on a land line and someone (with an accent) answered and said they were the IRS.  I said you left me a message to call back, they wanted to know what number I had received the message on and I told them I have never given my cell number to the IRS and I then asked where he was located to which he hung up.  I would guess they were trying to verify a working cell number to spam or worse.  This is the first time a spam call has actually left a voicemail on my phone.

Received voicemail from company.  Called back and an Indian sounding guy answered and said irshiw can I help you.  I knew it was bogus immediately so I hung up

Automated call to voice mail - IRS scam - very presistent - getting them weekly

Got call claiming to be I.R.S. saying there was a lawsuit against me after I got off the phone called the real I.R.S. and was told they never call people they send a certified letter. They also gave me the website to put in a I.R.S. impersonator report which I did right away . the website to report a I.R.S. impersonator is www.tigta.gov and when you get to the site look on the bottom left you will see where to click to file a report.
