I think this is a telemarketer, but caller ID only shows DPR. It is repetitive & annoying.

Caller ID says "DPR".  They leave no message.

I call during business hours (using *67 to block my number).  I hear, "The number you have reached is not in service.  This is a recording. <preceeding repeats>  We're sorry your call can not be completed at this time.  Please, hang up and try your call again later.  Thank You"  Then it hangs up.  Two different "out of service" messages?  I suspect this is their outgoing message.

So they have IMO an intentionally vague caller ID, don't seem to be able to be called back, and the call appears to be from the scam centric state of Florida.  Smells like a SCAM.

they are trying to sell you a  renewal subscription to a magazine which you may already have. They are scamming you.
They have offered to resubscribe to the Economist, for me.
