This number called and left a message that we had a certified check waiting to be claimed.  This is one of many who call constantly harassing my parents.  I would like to report that these calls are unwanted and irritating so what can be done to make them stop?

This person has been calling my mother and promising her money for winning some type of contest. He has never given her any money and is just harassing her. I looked it up on the net and I believe this is a scam.
