called and had my full name, stated that I was involved in some type of fraud, I tried calling back, number is busy... I wouldnt trust this number...

Recd call 2/9/16 am saying it was from IRS stating i was being sued by iRS which would be absurd. Very thick Mexican type accent. Had my name. Told him it sounded like a scam and hung up. Later dialed the number and he answered directly on what sounded like poor cell phone reception. Seems an obvious phishing scam if one lets him  continue with his speel.

Called at 6:45 this morning and I didn't answer.  I had a call from same number a couple of weeks ago saying IRS was after me.  I just laughed.  The guy with a thick accent said he was sending my sheriff to pick me up.  I told them to come on.  Well, that never happened.  Caller is blocked now.

Same as other comments - when I  aid B.S. he hung.

Just got a call from a man with a heavy accent who said it was the IRS. He knew my name. I laughed, but recalled the number after I hung up & a woman answered (who also had an accent, but not as heavy). She answered "IRS, How may I help you". I told her a young man had called & said there was a problem. I wanted to know why I would have a problem with the IRS. She wanted more personal information before she could "help" me. I said I knew it was a scam and she called me a "smart [***]" and hung up.
