I have received 2 calls from this guy today and several over the past few days stating he is from the attorney generals office in Florida and there is a warrant out for my arrest for a payday loan for Cash Advance America. If I had a payday loan out it wouldn't be in Florida since I live half way across the country and the attorney generals' office wouldn't be calling me about it,the companys' attorney would be.These people are so stupid. They say the most stupid things as well. They have thick accents, act like the Americans are stupid and we are going to fall for this crap and give them our information and money. I feel sorry for uneducated people who get scared by these people and elderly vulnerable people who might fall for this.

Got a call from them day and it's some foreign dude telling me that a legal action and arrest warrant has been issued under my name and to call this number who supposedly is the attorney general to rectify this situation!

I got the same call from FL. The guy called and it was a recording stating there was legal action and an arrest warrant has been issued under my name and to call this number who supposedly is the attorney general. I called the number back from a blocked land line and funny enough the same exact guy who left the recording picked up the phone and was loudly chewing food (yeah that sounds official) asking me for my number and that he was the attorney general's office. I hung up.
