Charity solicitation. Florida Police and Troopers Association. Some online sources indicate problems with this charity,  but regardless I do not take these types of calls.

I received the same message, it's a scam, the Police, Trooper, Sheriff etc....DO NOT CALL to collect funds

Yes, this is the same guy who uses several phone numbers, could be free numbers from the internet as I have had this guy call me from area codes, 941, 727, 850, 352.  Don't know how he gets so many area codes to call from other than it could be again, the internet numbers you can get and set up your phone number.

When he calls he says, this is the Police, Sheriff, Trooper Assoc and looking for donations.  If you call the number back by blocking your number with *67, he should answer the phone with hello this is: but he simply says "hello", hello, real joker, hope he gets a real job someday

the Police, Sheriff, Trooper Association asking for support & donations. Asking if I was comfortable paying  different amounts.  I said not over the phone with all the scams going on.  He said he had to transfer me to, then disconnected.  .
