I am trying to find out if this number is a scam. They claim to be a loan company called Cash Advance. Please help.

Whitepages says it's a Bandwidth.com VoIP number.  Are you saying these people cold-called you?  You don't post enough information about the call.  Did they call to say you applied for a loan (when you didn't)?  Did they call to say you owe them money, but won't mail you the proof?

The real CashAdvance. com website states:
CashAdvance. com is not a lender and does not provide short-term loans but refers consumers to lenders who may provide such loans.

Their website also states:

I don't know if this answers you question or not - you didn't give enough information about the call you received.

They offered me a loan, but I paid them $2300.00in advance and never got the loan.  I was told the money would be reimbursed and it never was.  Now their phone number is no longer in service.  I know I have been cheated out of my money.
