"Jennifer" from "Consumer Services". I hung up before I could hear the same old pitch for lowering interest rates. I didn't speak or press a button so hopefully it didn't register me as a human answering... blocked the number afterwards for all the good that will do...

want to lower credit card rates but need to press 1 - if you press 1 and tell them you are on the "no call" list they tell you that they did not call you "you called them" (i assume by pressing the 1) and they will not remove you from their call list.
