And just HOW did they know your computer had these errors? Do you honestly think Microsoft monitors EVERY computer and then calls everyone who has errors? If you paid them, you just opened yourself to having your credit card ripped off. Unless you're a shill. I actually vote for shill but you could just be gullible.

Said he was windows & that someone had hacked into my computer last night. Even thought it was turned off & I hadn't used it in a couple of days.
He said I had to be in front of my computer and logon.
When I did so he told me to press thr 'Ctrl' key while pressing another key, I believe it was the 'r' key.
I can't rememer exactly now, besides it was hard to understand due to his accent (sounded Indian).
I asked his number and he gave me '501-566-4231'.
I googled it and it came up near Little Rock & Malvern. Then he gave me the 727-235-6462' number.
I googled it and came to this site!
I asked for his microsoft employee number and thats when he hung up! INTERESTING CALL???

Untitled Name of merchant: iT Renovator. Name: Steven Martin Phone: 727-235-6462 Email: technician365@outlook.com. Employee Id: SM006 Beware of this since the heading on document sent to me reads Untitled and he claims he works for Microsoft Windows this is a lie and talking with Microsoft outlook stated he should not be trusted. Any payment made to him should be stopped and not allow him to do any work on your computer. I had someone remove what he placed on my computer.

Received a call 12/21/15 telling me that my computer had been hacked.  (Caller ID on my phone came up US Govt.)  First, it was a woman and after asking her questions and insisting on verification, she said she would transfer me to a supervisor. She then put a gentleman on the line who said he was Steven Martin from Microsoft Technology (Employee# SM006) and that our computer had indeed been hacked and it was imperative that I go online with him on the phone to 'fix' the problem.  I, of course, asked for further verification and he gave me the phone number 727-235-6462.  Said I could call him back and verify.  I did not call him back but instead called Microsoft who informed me that they DO NOT make cold calls and that it most certainly was a scam.  Scammer appears very well informed and is a smooth technical talker.  Do not buy into it - hang up immediately.
