this person called stating his name and that there is charges against me. don't know this person. I know that it is illegal to threaten anyone like this. I will be reporting him to the police myself for harassing me and my husband!

threatening call to press charges, have no idea who this person is!

Getting calls stating there are charges against me and has my address and is going to serve the formal complaint. Telling me I need to call an 55-564-9209. I have no idea who this is or what it is for.  I don't know what to do about this matter

Received a call from this number - same message as above - stating there are charges against me and needs to confirm my address to serve my home and job.  Telling me I need to call 855-564-9209 and advising me I've been "officially notified"   I have no idea what it is or what it's for.  But if this were actually a real charge of any kind - a process server would be at my door not a telemarketer.
