This number appeared on my unlisted work-issued cellphone.  I receive calls exclusively from local physicians and from corporate headquarters  in Jacksonville, FL; calls made from this phone are made only to these same sources.  This number, apparently located in a Las Vegas area code, is most likely connected to an autodialer  that calls phones numbers as an exercise in phishing.
