Got a call but was disconnected as soon as i answered. No voicemail

cox communications?   Got a call from this number,  I called it back I got this message,  Thank you for calling cox communications the next available ( something ) will be with you,,,    it repeated the message,,,  beated and then disconnected,  I called it again, and it did the same thing,

I called Cox to verify if this is one of their numbers,  IT IS NOT a cox communication number.  If you get a call from them, and you answer do NOT give them any information,   Not a cox communication number,

Got a call from this number today and yesterday at the same time.  I did but answer, they left no voice mail.  They also called in late April, same thing.  No idea what's up with this one.

I've been receiving numerous calls lately from this number (725) 222-6027 and want it stopped.
