call and hang up no message

This is someone calling from UPS in New Staten, PA or calling about UPS employment/interview.

I get calls from this number and there is never a voicemail etc, they just hang up. I never pick up for numbers I don't know. Says it's a New Stanton Landline number but have also seen New Castle in searches.

This number has called my prepaid cell phone twice in the past week. Leaves a voice message that someone (gives a name) has missed an interview with UPS and to call back to reschedule. Thinking that someone who needed work missed their call I tried to call back, but the number they give for rescheduling (724-925-0952) "is not in service". If you try to call the number that shows up on the caller ID, it just rings continuously & no one answers. Obviously a scam of some sort.
