from Irwin, PA and left no message

I received a missed call and no message.  I dialed back and the message is from the National Cancer Coalition.

Why did I sign up for the  Do Not Call registery?  I donate to the Cancer coalition, but I never signed up for phone calls!  This is really annoying, make me want to stop giving!  Thanks Jen for reporting who it was.
