Trying to get to my safety director about OSHA Compliance -- unsolicited call.  When I told him we didn't accept solicitation he argued that he was offering his services free.  I had to explain that was still considered solicitation and I couldn't let his call go any further and that I must ask to be placed on their do not call list.  He refused then hung up on me.  Rude and mouthy.
