Received two phone calls from this number on 1/31/17 - called back and was given the message "We are unable to complete your call at this time. Please try again later. --- Message 12448" and then it hangs up on me. I called back twice just to make sure.

They call once a day now for a week.  I have all my contacts in my phone so no name no answer.

They call everyday.  No name on phone pops up so I don't answer.

Got another call from them and decided to answer. Met with a musical chime and then a man with broken English asking for a woman who wasn't me. He asked if I was the owner of my phone number when I told him he had the wrong number and then proceeded to tell me about the "deals" he was offering from State Farm. I asked him why, when I called the number back, the call wouldn't go through. He explained but I couldn't understand him.
I told him I had State Farm already and he went silent. The conversation ended with him saying "Thank you for choosing State Farm." and hanging up. Annoying!

I think it's an identity theft scam where if you went on line looking for car insurance and to get quote you gave phone# and some how they get it and troll trying to get some one to give personal information
