I received a call today from this number as well. The number was unknown but they left a message. It was a "John Henry" and it was a time sensitive matter and if I did not respond my fate was in my own hands. Ridiculous. I called back and told him I reported him to the FTC and that I am not default on anything nor being sued by anybody and that I actually have all his information. It's a scam and a mind game. Don't let it get to you.

I too received a call from this number a male subject with a thick eastern accent, something about me needing an attorney and good luck. I too filled out an app for a pyday  loan but never submitted it nor received funds. I also had $30 taken from my checking account regarding payday loan insurance that I did not request.

Claims to be debt collector from payday loan that I did NOT have.  Threatening messages asking for attorney info. and saying "God Bless You and Good Luck".  Speak VERY broken english.  Gives American/English name with STRONG middle-eastern accent.  ie: Officer Mark Reneiecen, Aaron Thompson, John Adams.  Threatening jail time, court fees.  Sometimes claims to be from "All American Financial" or "Federal Dept. of Justice."  Claims to "download" a subpoena..arrest warrant...law suit..going to arrest me at work...meet me at courthouse.  HILARIOUS considering i actually work for the state level Justice Cabinet! Sometimes claims to be representing CashNetUSA or CashUSA.Net. Call cell, place of business..and anyone you may have listed as a reference on an online payday loan....from years ago! Gave him the # to my attorney....the Better Business Bureau....became irate. Gave number to Better Business Burea and Fraud Dvision of local polica as attorney contact numbers.  Now using female "Kim Stewart" from "Jaffe and Jaffe Law Firm".  Sooooo silly! Claiming to have sent legal documents via email...like that's professional and/or acceptable!

I continually get calls from this number by an Indian man using an america name.  He leaves a message saying that the call is time sensitive and if I don't call back or have my attorney call he wish me luck with the consequences.  

I called the number and told him remove my number from his database.  He called and left me another threatening message.  I called him and told him that I was recording our call and that I am warning him that if I receive another call from his company I was going to file a lawsuit for harrassment.  He said you are recording this call?  I told him yes and he got nervous.  He said ok, ok, I will contact the accounting department and said that I will not receive any more calls.  

I think that I will not ever complete anymore of the payday loan applications because when you complete these applications you give them all of your information including your SSN and birthdate, checking account number.  If this information is sold (which I assume it is because of all of the emails I receive) they have our information and can do anything clean out your checking account.

Interesting, I received my first message today from a Kim Stewart as well.  I did not answer they just left a message.  She indicated similar threats and provided a return number of 760-652-1199 which actually belongs to 2 businesses in Carlsbad CA.
