This number is always a dead line when it calls, and then we get a call from a blocked number right after. The blocked caller can't pronounce names and hangs up in your face when you say the person is not available. the 0049# seems to be screening for live contacts.

Has tried to call me five times now. I tried to call back a couple of times but they'd never pick up. Also, answered once, he said hi, and hung up.

They finally stayed on the line with me. It's a company trying to recruit insurance agents to sell long-term care insurance.
