Received 2nd call. Left no message.

Unknown to me!

Guy called talking about fire department. I told him do not ever call this number again. He said ok, can we continue our conversation. Told him same at least five times. He then asked to speak to one of my parents who have both been dead for well over thirty years of which I informed him. He said "That's good glad to hear that" I called him a few choice names and he finally hung up. I would have hung up, but have begun to enjoy aggravating them as much as they do me.

When I answered the phone, there was dead air. I hung up and blocked it.

Call came in this evening around 6:30.  Caller I.D. said PAFF (my first guess would have been something about fire service) and the number shown above.  I didn't answer, but waited to see if anyone would talk.  When the answering message kicked in, the call was ended.
